Case Study: Love Beets

Love Beets is a purveyor of premium, all-natural, ready-to-eat beet products.

The US marketing team is based in Philadelphia; however, I partnered with the production team in upstate New York to help increase local visibility and awareness for Love Beets. Specifically, to:

  • Be recognized as a locally produced food

  • Create a sense of pride for current employees

  • Attract new and potential hires

Together, we achieved these goals through media and partnership opportunities, events and local restaurant menu integrations.

Partnerships I created on behalf of Love Beets included the Genesee Brew House, New York Kitchen, Lento, Rochester Brainery, Hart's Local Grocers and East Coast Toast, to name a few.


 

Experience

My food experience extends to brands that include Applegate Farms, Blue Diamond Growers, Eggland's Best, Goya and the Unilever ice cream portfolio that spans Breyer’s, Good Humor, Klondike and Popsicle.

Beverage experience extends to brands that include Bacardi, Brown-Forman, Diet Pepsi, Eight O’Clock Coffee, Grolsch, Heineken, Lipton Teas, Moët Hennessy, Rolling Rock, Three Olives Vodka and Tropicana.
